Bodywork Studies
Our body systems interact on a holistic level of being. Sometimes different approaches are required for varying needs. Therapist Melissa Berg incorporates a variety of Eastern and Western modalities. From Swedish Massage to bring beneficial relaxation, to deep tissue or myofascial work with attention to detail for any of those problem areas, Melissa strives to provide an integrative session that works with you to address your specific needs and goals. For those clients that desire more nervous system balancing and less invasive approaches Melissa incorporates techniques that work with the Cranial Sacral system as well as practices Reiki - a Japanese energy healing modality. Treating you as a whole being is aimed at giving you the most out of your bodywork experience.
